For some time now, developers at Titan Forge Games have been secretly working on the follow-up to Smite, which features deity-controlled combat. Now, they’re inviting everyone to take a peek as Smite 2 has commenced its free-to-play open beta. Players can currently access this beta on PC and consoles. The beta offers a chance to try out approximately 45 god characters (with additional ones being added later).
This week, Titan Forge Games unveiled a trailer on their site signaling the commencement of a free-to-play open beta. Players can dive in starting today across multiple platforms like PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. To participate, simply visit their website, select your preferred platform, and provide an email address for further download and gameplay instructions.
In the open beta launch of Smite 2, players now have access to a whopping 45 deities, significantly more than during our earlier previews. Familiar faces like Bacchus and Loki are back, but they’re joined by fresh additions such as Aladdin and Mordred. Titan Forge hasn’t disclosed an end date for the beta, however, with its free-to-play structure, jumping in is quite straightforward.
Keep an eye out as Smite 2 enters its open beta phase on both consoles and computers; we’ll be bringing you the latest news and updates on this exciting title!
