As a die-hard Rajinikanth fan who has witnessed his magic on the silver screen for decades, I can hardly contain my excitement about the re-release of Sivaji: The Boss! This iconic film that showcases Thalaivar’s charisma in all its glory is returning to theaters, and I can already visualize myself cheering from the front row.


The classic movie “Sivaji: The Boss,” starring Rajinikanth, is getting a second run in cinemas. First released in 2007, it will now be shown in Telugu theaters. As per Aakashavaani’s report, tickets for the 4K version of “Sivaji: The Boss” are expected to go on sale soon, and at certain theaters, the price will be fixed at just Rs 99.

Starting September 20, cinemas will be screening the re-release of S Shankar’s movie, Sivaji: The Boss. For those who are unfamiliar, this film is renowned for showcasing Rajinikanth’s captivating presence on the big screen. The storyline follows Sivaji, a philanthropist who comes back to India to aid the less fortunate. However, his noble intentions are met with various obstacles due to a corrupt political system. Despite these challenges, he manages to emerge victorious as a hero. Shriya Saran played the female lead in this movie.

1) The movie achieved tremendous popularity, largely because of its compelling plot, and it stood out as one of the pioneering Indian films to employ 4K resolution technology. Until then, this high-definition quality had primarily been showcased in Hollywood movies.

At the moment, Rajinikanth has several upcoming movies slated for release. One of them, “Vettaiyan” directed by TJ Gnanavel, is set to premiere on October 10, falling on the occasion of Dussehra. This political thriller centers around Rajinikanth’s character, a former army officer embroiled in a corruption scandal. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, among others, in significant roles.

Afterward, he is set to appear in the movie “Coolie” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, which stars Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, Upendra and others. At present, further details regarding the film featuring Rajinikanth are kept confidential.

Furthermore, it’s possible that the actor may appear in the follow-up to “Jailer”. Nonetheless, everyone is eagerly waiting for the creators to confirm the project officially.
