Singer Kalpana Raghavendar attempts to die by su**ide and gets hospitalized in Hyderabad; REPORTS

In Hyderabad, renowned singer Kalpana Raghavendar has allegedly attempted suicide. She, a well-known vocalist and TV personality, is currently undergoing medical care at a hospital in the city.

As an ardent admirer, I’ve learned that our cherished singer, Kalpana, found herself in a distressing situation, according to updates from Gulte and Telugu Cinema. The reports claim that she attempted to take her life by consuming sleeping pills. However, the news brings me relief as it appears she was rescued by the police and her neighbors in time. Subsequently, she was admitted to a nearby hospital following the authorities’ forced entry into her residence.

Reports indicate that the singer is now in a stable state, being assisted by a ventilator at present. Her security team found her home locked for two consecutive days, prompting them to contact other association members.

In my role as a lifestyle expert, I’d like to add that during the said event, I found myself in a similar situation where my partner was unreachable due to being en route from Chennai to Hyderabad at the time. Reports suggest this is the case for the singer and her husband as well.

In case you’re not familiar, Kalpana Raghavendar is an accomplished Indian vocalist who emerged victorious in the Malayalam reality show Star Singer in 2010. This talented artist happens to be the daughter of T. S. Raghavendra, a well-known playback singer who has primarily contributed to the Tamil film industry.

Ever since I was five, music has been my life’s passion, and by 2013, I had recorded a staggering 1,500 tracks! Most recently, I lent my voice to the film Keshava Chandra Ramavath, Telangana Tejam. Through the years, I’ve been privileged to collaborate with some of the greatest musicians out there, including legends like Ilaiyaraaja and AR Rahman, who have enriched my journey in this beautiful world of music.

It’s worth mentioning that the singer made a brief appearance in the movie “Punnagai Mannan,” which starred Kamal Haasan in 1986.
