Simone Ashley turned heads on the red carpet at the F1 movie premiere in London on June 23.

At Cineworld Leicester Square, the Bridgerton actress gracefully posed for pictures, expressing her enthusiasm for the prestigious racing movie. She graced the red carpet adorned in a captivating gold, sleeveless gown from Balmain’s Fall 2025 collection, characterized by an elegant, flared waistline and sculptural design. Ashley complemented her ensemble with loose, casually styled curls, radiant skin, and understated golden accessories.

Ashley attended the film premiere, even though her role was eventually removed from the finished movie. She was initially cast in the Formula One drama back in July 2024, and she had even filmed scenes for it. However, director Joseph Kosinski recently disclosed that her part wasn’t included in the final cut. Nevertheless, Ashley displayed her unwavering commitment to the project and its team by attending the premiere.

Before the debut of the movie in London, Ashley was seen shooting scenes for it. Moreover, she attended a Formula 1-related event in Miami with her co-star Kerry Condon and producer Jerry Bruckheimer. In an interview with ELLE magazine in June, Ashley spoke about her role in the film. She expressed, “I have a minor role, but I’m thankful to be part of that movie… I got to attend several Grand Prix events. I don’t think I’ll ever take on anything similar again.

As a die-hard racing enthusiast, I’m thrilled about “F1,” a film where none other than Brad Pitt steps into the shoes of a former driver, making a comeback in Formula One with an imaginary team. This exhilarating production is masterfully directed by Kosinski and scripted by Ehren Kruger. Joining Brad Pitt on this high-octane ride are Damson Idris, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, and the talented Javier Bardem. Fasten your seatbelts; we’re hitting the tracks on June 27!
