For some time now, Konami and game developer NeoBards Entertainment have been readying the next installment in the Silent Hill series. Now, we finally have a release date: The game will hit PCs and consoles in September 2025. During today’s presentation, we were treated to more gameplay, offering glimpses into the monsters and combat that await us.
During the PlayStation State of Play this week, Konami and NeoBards revealed fresh insights about the upcoming Silent Hill. We now know that the game is scheduled for release on both PC and consoles on the 24th of September, 2025.
In addition, we’ve had a good glimpse into the gameplay. The story follows a Japanese girl named Hinako, as she navigates through her home town shrouded in an eerie supernatural fog. Creatures dwell within this fog, but Hinako’s inner turmoil is equally menacing. To survive, not only will we need to combat the monsters, but also the emotional struggles that Hinako faces. A lead pipe might aid us in dealing with the monsters.
Keep an eye on our Silent Hill f discussion thread as we approach its September release; we’ll be providing further updates right here on Shacknews!
