Silent Hill 2 Remake devs officially “working on” PS5 Pro fix

As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that the PS5 Pro has been quite a rollercoaster ride. The initial hype was undeniable, but the high price tag and subsequent visual glitches in games like Silent Hill 2 Remake have left me scratching my head.

The upgraded version of PlayStation 5, known as PS5 Pro, has been met with generally positive feedback, even though there were initial worries about its expensive pricing. Yet, some problems have surfaced in games such as Silent Hill 2, where the console seems to be degrading visual quality compared to the standard console’s versions.

Regarding the Silent Hill 2 Remake on PlayStation 5, Bloober Team has acknowledged they’re addressing the odd technical problems that have been affecting the game’s graphics. Fingers crossed, gamers won’t experience poor visuals any longer with this high-end device.

At the moment, it appears that the Silent Hill 2 Remake encounters issues when played on the latest PlayStation console, and there seems to be no definitive explanation as to why this is happening. In the present version of the game, all reflections seem to be malfunctioning, causing a continuous shimmer effect even when players are stationary. It seems that the game’s image reconstruction mechanism is not functioning properly, leading to an image that can be quite unsettling at times.

This is “PS5 Pro Enhanced.” This is false advertising, blatantly. This is WORSE standard PS5.
