Shivangi Lioness recounts the tale of Sathyabhama, portrayed by Anandhi, a software engineer who finds herself embroiled in a sequence of unsettling events. Her troubles commence with workplace misconduct and prejudice from society. Matters escalate dramatically when she is falsely implicated in a murder case.

During the course of the inquiry, she recounts her perspective to an officer, played by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. She guides the officer step by step through the happenings of a particular day. The movie primarily revolves around how she navigates one predicament after another.

In this narrative, the emphasis is largely on telephone conversations rather than physical appearances of characters. The audience senses the presence of these characters primarily through dialogues and background noises. As Sathyabhama talks, the mystery behind the accusation of murder gradually comes to light.
