Sharelle Rosado gained significant fame as a cast member on Netflix’s reality series Selling Tampa. Recently, she has returned to the spotlight as a main character in another Netflix reality show, W.A.G.s to Riches, launched on January 22, 2025. Rosado’s former fiancé is Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, a retired NFL wide receiver. There have been whispers that their relationship might have been orchestrated for publicity purposes. In a recent interview, Rosado addressed these rumors, denying them as unfounded.

Back in the day, I first reached out to him via Instagram’s Direct Message. We went silent for a while, but our online chats picked up again in the year 2020. Fast forward to November of that same year, we made it official and announced our relationship to the world. In January 2022, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Serenity. Early this year, he proposed, and I said yes! But unfortunately, we decided to end our engagement last October.
Regarding suspicions that her relationship with Johnson was a publicity strategy, Rosado explained to the New York Post, “If it was merely for PR purposes, we wouldn’t have a child together, now wouldn’t that be logical?” She added, “Some people might guess or assume, or even envy our situation and wish it were theirs. But people will always speculate.
Rosado commented, “Ultimately, we’re aware of our resources and our achievements. Whether we’re working as a team or apart, we’ll stand by each other.
Sharelle Rosado, having served in the United States Army for thirteen years, is a former military personnel. As a skilled paratrooper, she harbored ambitions in public relations (PR) and decided to pursue it after completing two deployments to Afghanistan. Eventually, she chose medical retirement.
Besides being a thriving real estate broker, Rosado is the founder and chief executive officer of Allure Realty, which operates in Tampa. Last year, she shared with Glamour UK that she marketed “Selling Tampa” via direct messages on Instagram.
