On the Esquire cover, Tillman is depicted in a distinct style reminiscent of Lumon’s signature design. Known as Milchick, or Tillman, he seems to embody Kier’s key aspects such as vitality, humor, foresight, cheerfulness, modesty, and more.

Apple TV+’s Severance marked a significant breakthrough for actor Adam Scott, who had previously worked on other projects. This role is expected to be one that fans will reminisce about in the future. Interestingly, Scott himself had once expressed doubts about his acting abilities, as he confessed to Esquire magazine.

In the interview, Milchick mentioned that he had always thought he would become an orthopedic surgeon. However, he found it hard to trust in his acting career at first because he had been informed that he wouldn’t succeed in acting.

Tillman shared, “I thought a career in it wasn’t feasible for a Black man, and I would be a waiter forever. It took numerous years and many tough experiences for me to find my belief and self-assurance.

He attributes his enthusiasm and personal growth as the key motivations that led him towards acting. Reflecting on a conversation with a cherished friend, he exclaimed, “My friend once told me, ‘Tramell, if I’m at an age where I don’t have to do something I don’t enjoy, I won’t do it.’

Prior to “Severance”, Tillman had featured in various television series such as Dietland and Godfather of Harem. This talented actor is set to appear in the upcoming movie, Mission: Impossible – The Last Stand, scheduled for release in 2025.
