Microsoft has been putting significant focus on bringing its exclusive games, including Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 from Xbox Game Studios, to the PlayStation 5. The game is set to launch on August 12 as an Enhanced Edition.
Microsoft shared via Xbox Wire that Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is getting an Enhanced Edition on August 12th. This update comes at no extra cost for those who own the game on PC and Xbox Series X|S. The main feature of the Enhanced Edition is the Performance Mode, enabling players to enjoy a smoother gaming experience with 60 FPS. Unfortunately, this mode will not be accessible on the Xbox Series S.
In addition, Hellblade 2 will now be available on PlayStation 5 as part of the Enhanced Edition. This makes it the most recent Xbox Game Studios title to be playable on the PS5, following Forza Horizon 5 which was released earlier in the year. Notably, the original Hellblade game was previously launched for the PS5.
Last year, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 was released and earned a rating of 9/10 right here on Shacknews. Stay tuned for further updates about game releases from Xbox Game Studios!
