As a lifelong gamer and a devoted fan of all things animated, I can’t help but be utterly thrilled about Amazon’s upcoming series, Secret Level! Growing up with these iconic video games and seeing them come to life in an anthology format, brought to us by the brilliant mind behind Deadpool and Love, Death & Robots, is a dream come true.
During Gamescom’s Opening Night Live event, Amazon premiered a sneak peek trailer for their Secret Level project, showcasing an all-new adult-animated series produced by Tim Miller, known for his work on Love, Death & Robots.
What happens in the Secret Level trailer?
The show is labeled as a collection of standalone episodes, each exploring tales embedded within the universes of some of the most cherished and recognized video game franchises ever made. A sneak peek suggests potential inclusions like Sifu, Armored Core, and assorted PlayStation titles.
On December 10, 2024, the highly-anticipated “Secret Level” series will make its global debut exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, spanning more than 240 countries and territories. In all, there will be a total of 15 thrilling episodes for viewers to enjoy.
