The much-anticipated film “Sankranthiki Vasthunam,” starring Venkatesh Daggubati, is due to premiere in cinemas on January 14, 2025. Since it’s being released around Sankranti this year, let’s delve into some key details about the movie before its release.

In the movie helmed by Anil Ravipudi, we follow the story of YD Raju, once an IPS officer, who now enjoys a peaceful life with his spouse. However, their tranquility is shattered when Meenakshi, an old flame and current detective, reenters his life, needing assistance for a high-profile kidnapping case she’s handling.

But when Bhagyalakshmi, his wife, decides to tag along on their venture, humor arises because she’s wary he might rekindle feelings for his former flame. The subsequent events involving the three and their impact on the ongoing investigation form the basis of the storyline that follows.

In this movie, Venkatesh Daggubati takes center stage as the main character, while Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh assume significant female roles. Additionally, notable actors such as Srinivasa Reddy, Sai Kumar, Rajendra Prasad, Upendra Limaye, Raghu Babu, Naresh, Munishkanth, VTV Ganesh, and several others fill crucial parts in the film.
