According to The Hollywood Reporter, discussions are currently taking place for Jackson to assume a significant part in Abrams’ upcoming movie. In a few days, starting from November 22, 2024, Jackson will make an appearance as Doaker Charles in Malcolm Washington’s production of The Piano Lesson on Netflix. Earlier this year, he portrayed Alfred Solomon in Matthew Vaughn’s Argylle, and provided the voice for Vic, Garfield’s distant father, in the recently released Garfield movie.
He’s also acting alongside Pierce Brosnan in Richard Gray’s film “The Unholy Trinity,” which recently premiered at the Zurich Film Festival. Additionally, he has been chosen for roles in J.J. Perry’s production “Afterburn” and Renny Harlin’s movie “The Beast.
