As an opening act for Swift on multiple dates of the Eras Tour, Carpenter studied Swift’s techniques during live performances. Responding to the uproar, Sabrina Carpenter addressed the issue in a chat with Time Magazine. In essence, she stated that those critical of her didn’t have to attend the show and it was perfectly fine if they chose not to. Furthermore, she expressed regret over the criticism regarding her attire, calling it unfortunate.
