Mythri Movie Makers, who are also behind Pushpa 2, had earlier announced their film Robinhood, starring Nithiin and Sreeleela, but that release has been delayed. Originally planned for a December 25 theater release, the film, directed by Venky Kudumula, has now been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
The producers have shared a fresh release schedule for the movie. On their social media platform, now known as X (previously Twitter), they disclosed that the film “Robinhood” will hit theatres on March 28, 2025.

Interestingly, it appears that the release date for the movie starring Nithiin clashes with another film, specifically Hari Hara Veera Mallu, led by Pawan Kalyan.
We don’t have any fresh updates about the release dates for either of the movies (Robinhood and the one starring Pawan Kalyan) from their respective producers, so we’ll have to wait and see if there are any adjustments made to the current schedules.
Regarding the movie starring Nithiin, it had been previously announced that Robinhood’s new release date might fall around February 2025.
Prior to its release, the movie underwent significant transformations, one of which was a prolonged struggle to decide on the main female character.
Initially, Rashmika Mandanna was the one offered the role, but she had scheduling conflicts that prevented her from accepting it. Eventually, Sreeleela stepped in to work alongside Nithiin in the film instead.
The music for Robinhood is led by GV Prakash, and fans can’t wait for it! Several tunes from the film have already garnered a lot of interest.
