During an interview with Konbini’s Video Club series, Eggers mentioned that he has proposed two acting opportunities for two distinct productions to Dafoe. However, he chose not to disclose the details of these roles and suggested that neither project has been officially greenlit at this time.

In a simple, conversational manner, Eggers expressed: “I feel incredibly fortunate to be working alongside Willem Dafoe, as he’s one of the best in the business. Last week, I even had the chance to propose two roles for him in other films I’m working on, and I’m hoping at least one or both of those projects will come together.
