Rewind OTT Release: Here’s when and where you can watch the Telugu science fiction film online

2024’s Telugu sci-fi film “Rewind” generated significant buzz upon release, primarily due to its captivating idea and subject matter. What made it particularly noteworthy was its innovative depiction of time travel, a concept that is relatively uncommon in Telugu cinema.

Now, the movie is all set to be available for OTT viewing.

When and where to watch Rewind

The futuristic Telugu film titled Rewind is all set to debut on online streaming platforms. Excited fans can catch it on Lionsgate Play once it’s out, starting from March 7, 2025. Notably, this sci-fi drama will also be accessible in the Hindi language.

On their social media platform, the streaming service announced that a new movie titled “#Rewind” will be available for viewing on Lionsgate Play starting March 7th. The post also hinted at the possibility of altering the past with the tagline, “Time is running out, can they change it? #Rewind premieres exclusively on #LionsgatePlay.

In a nutshell, Rewind’s main tale unfolds as the heartwarming saga of Karthik and Shanti, demonstrating that Karthik will traverse the boundaries of time in order to reclaim their love.

During a surprising meeting inside an elevator, Karthik feels an immediate affection for Shanti that deepens over time from simple interest to a profound bond.

Over the course of their acquaintance, Karthik makes an effort to win over Shanti each time they cross paths. Yet, as their romantic tale seems to flourish, an unforeseen obstacle suddenly separates them, causing Karthik immense sorrow.

Eager to mend things with Shanti, Karthik is so committed that he’s prepared to bend or possibly rearrange time itself, in an attempt to go back and fix what went wrong between them, and ultimately reshape the direction of their shared narrative.

Cast and crew of Rewind

In the principal roles of the Telugu sci-fi series “Rewind,” we find actors Sai Ronak and Amrutha Chowdary playing the lead couple, Karthik and Shanti. Alongside them, we have Suresh, Samrat Reddy, Viva Raghav, Abhishek Viswakarma, Ramu Gandham, and other talented actors gracing the screen.

The film “Rewind” was created, overseen, and brought to life by Kalyan Chakravarthy. This production was funded through Krosswire Kreations, with Ashirvad Luke being responsible for the film’s score.
