Based on THR’s report, Austin Abrams is rapidly gaining attention for a leading part in the upcoming movie. Abrams has previously made a name for himself with roles in popular TV series like The Walking Dead and Euphoria, as well as appearing in films such as Paper Towns (2015), Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019), and Wolfs (expected release in 2024).

The reboot of Cregger’s Resident Evil, set for US theaters on September 18, 2026, remains shrouded in mystery regarding its narrative. However, initial whispers hint that the film may delve into the game’s roots.
