To meet a trusted special merchant named Lalini Ledeno in Mirogana, you should first figure out his password through eavesdropping at a nearby bar. It’s been known that overly talkative business associates have compromised the security of many secretive merchants.

Lalini Ledeno is tucked away in a secluded, nearly concealed alleyway that links the district of Mirogana under Pyke control with the market. If he asks you to depart because he’s unfamiliar with you, make your way back to the market (it will now appear on your map) and then explore upwards and around to the bar located in the corner.

Slip into the establishment and prop yourself up near the counter. There, you can eavesdrop on conversations, potentially picking up the secret code. As it happens, when speaking with Lalini, you’ll need to say “You’re a friend of Arlo.”

Exit the bar and return to where he is waiting, choose the appropriate dialog option when given, this will grant you access to his goods and allow you to sell items to him as well.

Feel free to choose items that appeal to you, but I highly recommend the Agamar Gunslinger Belt. This accessory enables you to recover after each enemy you eliminate when activated with adrenaline rush. It could be quite beneficial for your current gameplay level.
