Rebel Wolves studio reveals The Blood of Dawnwalker action RPG

The newly established Polish studio, Rebel Wolves, made up of ex-CD Projekt RED developers including Witcher 3 director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, has unveiled its first game title – The Blood of Dawnwalker. This upcoming action-RPG focuses on vampires and takes place in a fresh fantasy realm. It will be distributed by Bandai Namco.

This week, Rebel Wolves unveiled their initial trailer for The Blood of Dawnwalker. The storyline takes place in approximately 1347 AD near the Carpathian Mountains. In the trailer, we see a man and a child fleeing from pursuing soldiers who intend to murder the child due to a plague. However, these soldiers are subsequently overpowered and slaughtered by a band of vampires, who rescue the man and his sister. It appears that he transforms into a vampire shortly after this event, as gameplay footage shows him battling both human and monstrous adversaries with his newfound supernatural abilities. Additionally, he seems to possess the ability to traverse during daylight hours, which provides a hint as to why the title includes “Dawnwalker.

For fans of Rebel Wolves, the unveiling of Blood of Dawnwalker has been a much-anticipated event ever since they initially launched in 2022.
