Netflix has now released the trailer and poster for Zack Snyder’s unrated edition of “Rebel Moon,” the latest action sci-fi production by him, which carries an R rating.
Explore deeper the mythology and chaos of Zack Snyder’s expansive sci-fi tale in the grittier, more sensual universe of “Rebel Moon” – Part One: Chalice of Blood and Part Two: Curse of Forgiveness. In Snyder’s extended version, a tranquil colony on a moon at the edge of the cosmos faces danger from the military forces of the cruel Regent Balisarius. Among the villagers lives Kora (Sofia Boutella), an enigmatic figure, who may be their only savior.

When is the release date for the Rebel Moon Director’s Cut?
Snyder’s Rebel Moon Director’s Cut has been split into two parts: Part One, named “Chalice of Blood,” and Part Two, called “Curse of Forgiveness.” Starting August 2, viewers can stream these chapters only on Netflix. A three-month gap follows the previous release of The Scargiver.
Zack Snyder, the director of Rebel Moon: Director’s Cut, collaborated on the script with Shay Hatten and Kurt Johnstad. The star-studded cast consists of Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, Charlie Hunnam, Anthony Hopkins, Staz Nair, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Stuart Martin, Ingvar Sigurðsson, Alfonso Herrera, Cary Elwes, Rhian Rees, Elise Duffy, Jena Malone, Sky Yang, and Charlotte Maggi.
