Ravi Teja starrer Mr Bachchan locks Independence Day release slot; film to clash with Thangalaan in theaters

In the promotional material for the film, Ravi Teja is shown seated with assurance in a pristine white outfit, enhancing the movie’s opulence. Simultaneously, the tagline on the poster intrigues us with “Naam Tho Suna Hoga.” Harish Shankar leads the team as the film’s director, while TG Vishwa Prasad takes charge as the producer. The crew roster is also showcased, featuring individuals such as Vivek Kuchibhotla, Mickey J Meyer, Avananka Bose, Brahma Kadali, Ujwal Kulkarni, Ram Laxman, and Pruthvi.

Alongside Ravi Teja, the film features Bhagyashri Borse and Subhalekha Sudhakar in pivotal roles. The plot centers around the unexpected income tax inspection of Indian business magnate Sardar Inder Singh.

At the same time, Thangalaan, featuring Keerthy Suresh and Raghu Thatha, will hit theaters on the same day as Pushpa 2, initially planned for August 15. However, the production team of Pushpa 2 changed the release date.

Ravi Teja’s previous movie and its performance

Ravi Teja appeared in the movie “Eagle” prior to working on a project with Mr. Bachchan. The film’s initial release date was January 13, making it among the four significant Telugu films slated for premiere during the Sankranthi festival weekend.

Instead of releasing Eagle on February 9 as planned, the producers chose to postpone it based on a commitment from the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce for a solitary release date. Although Eagle was the sole Telugu film set to premiere on that date, its box office reception was ordinary. The movie can now be watched online on ETV Win.
