Like many online role-playing games, Raven 2 lets you choose from a variety of classes, each offering a unique way to play and shaping your overall experience.
Choosing a class is simpler if you know what role you want to play. However, some players prefer to go solo, and others want to focus on damage dealing (DPS) but aren’t sure which class is best for them.
I was looking for a breakdown of all the classes in Raven 2, and thankfully, this guide has exactly what I needed! It goes into detail on each one and even ranks them, which is super helpful. I’m definitely going to keep reading to see what class might be best for me.

Raven 2 features eight character classes, which fit familiar MMO roles like damage-dealing, tanking, healing, and crowd control.

As a fan, I can tell you that when we rank the classes, we don’t just look at how powerful they are. We also consider things like how hard they are to play, their stats, and what other players in the community think – basically, everything that helps us get a well-rounded view.
So with that being out of the way, here’s our rankings:

Which Class Should You Play As In Raven 2?
Your character class should match how you enjoy playing in the game. If you prefer dealing damage (DPS), you have three classes to choose from:
- Ranged DPS – Night Ranger
- Ranged DPS + CC + Average DEF – Elementalist
- Melee DPS – Assassin
- Melee DPS – Berserker
If you like to play as a Support, the best class for you is the Divine Caster.
On the other hand, if you like to play as a Tank, Vanguard is an S-tier choice.
