Rani Mukerji to join hands with Megastar Chiranjeevi for upcoming project with Srikanth Odela? Here’s what we know

Without a doubt, the illustrious actor Chiranjeevi stands as one of the most prominent figures in the Telugu film industry. Not too long ago, this esteemed performer announced his plans to work alongside director Srikanth Odela, on a project tentatively named Mega157.

Ever since its announcement, there’s been a great deal of excitement among fans nationwide about Mega157. As per the latest news from Times Now, it’s rumored that the movie producers are trying to cast Rani Mukerji in a key role. Yet, no formal confirmation has been made by the producers about this speculation.

If the reports are accurate, the actress from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai known for her South Indian roles will take on her second such film after Hey Ram (2000) with Kamal Haasan, should Mega157 materialize. It appears Srikanth Odela is considering a well-known figure for a substantial role in this production.

It’s been disclosed that Srikanth Odela intends to produce a gangster action movie, starring Bhola Shankar as the main character. Additionally, whispers suggest that the story unfolds in the ’90s setting, with the Megastar’s persona designed to be fashionable and distinct, while still fitting his age.

1) The movie is being financed by Sudhakar Cherkuri under SLV Cinemas’ label, and Anirudh Ravichander has been brought on board to create the soundtrack. Previously, Srikanth Odela mentioned that working alongside Chiranjeevi was a unique opportunity, especially since it’s only his third film.

He added that he spent his childhood years enjoying the movies of the renowned actor Acharya, and finds it hard to believe that he is now directing this seasoned actor himself. Furthermore, he disclosed that Chiranjeevi decided on the film’s script within merely 48 hours after hearing it.

Speaking about Chiranjeevi’s upcoming projects, he is now engaged in a movie called Vishwambhara, which he is making with director Mallidi Vassishta. This movie is classified as a fantasy action flick and boasts an impressive cast including Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, Ashika Ranganath, and others in key roles. UV Creations has produced this film, while MM Keeravani handles the music composition.

Additionally, it’s been disclosed that the Megastar has additionally joined forces with director Anil Ravipudi of Bhagavanth Kesari for a project. This movie is rumored to be a humorous production, showcasing Chiranjeevi’s exceptional comic delivery.
