The renowned actor Rajinikanth is gearing up for his role in the movie titled Coolie, which has just completed filming. Before its premiere, he was captured in a brief snapshot with the directors of some of his successful films, Karthik Subbaraj and Nelson Dilipkumar, as well as Lokesh Kanagaraj.

In 2019, Rajinikanth first collaborated with director Karthik Subbaraj for the movie titled Petta. This film centers around the character of Kaali, who appears to be an ordinary hostel warden but has a hidden past and is determined to avenge it.
Additionally, the renowned star teamed up with director Nelson Dilipkumar for the film “Jailer.” This action-packed movie showcases Rajinikanth as a previous prison warden, who sets out to track down those responsible for his son’s apparent murder. At present, the actor is engaged in the shooting of its sequel, titled “Jailer 2.”
Moving forward, you’ll find Rajinikanth starring in the upcoming movie titled “Coolie”. This action-packed film is set to showcase the superstar in a role with darker undertones. Notable actors like Nagarjuna Akkineni and Upendra Rao will also be featured, playing significant roles alongside Rajinikanth.
Featuring a captivating group of actors such as Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, and Sathyaraj playing significant parts, this upcoming movie also boasts a guest appearance by Aamir Khan. Moreover, it’s been confirmed that Pooja Hegde will showcase her skills in a special dance sequence within the film.
Concerning filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ongoing projects, he sparked excitement online by sharing a post alongside actor Karthi. This social media update suggested that the production of Kaithi 2 is imminent, effectively quashing speculations about potential production setbacks.
Currently, Nelson is directing Jailer 2, while Karthik Subbaraj plans his next film on the big screen titled Retro, featuring Suriya.
