‘Rajini sir used to take the blame and say Sorry’: Hrithik Roshan reveals what happened on Bhagwan Dada sets; amid War 2 vs Coolie clash

Currently, Rajinikanth and Hrithik Roshan are making news as their blockbuster movies, Coolie and War 2, have both scheduled the same release date.

In the midst of a bustling conversation, Hrithik Roshan recently took a trip down memory lane, sharing stories about collaborating with a legendary Tamil actor on the set of the 1986 movie “Bhagwan Dada.

At a recent gathering, an old photo was displayed featuring the actor from his childhood days, acting alongside Rajinikanth in a movie. This brought about a wave of nostalgia, and Hrithik humbly referred to himself as a young, unaware boy who didn’t realize at the time that he was collaborating with a veritable superstar.

In a recollection, the actor from The War 2 recalled an instance where Rajinikanth graciously accepted fault for numerous shots that his co-star had mishandled.

Hrithik shared that his grandfather was incredibly kind. Whenever Hrithik missed a shot, his grandfather would edit it out. Similarly, Rajinikanth, or “Rajini sir,” would often apologize for mistakes that were actually Hrithik’s fault. However, every time Hrithik made an error, Rajinikanth took the blame instead.

In continuation, Hrithik Roshan shared an anecdote about his interactions with Rajinikanth during their earlier days. Despite Rajinikanth being renowned as a legendary actor, Hrithik found his own unique way to communicate and act around him.

Instead, Hrithik pointed out that if given another opportunity to collaborate with the Coolie star, he would approach it differently because he’d now understand the significance of teaming up with a performer of such stature.
