Kannada actor Daali Dhananjaya, renowned particularly for his role in the movie “Pushpa” alongside Allu Arjun, has now formally wedded his partner, Dr. Chaitanya Gauralkar.
The wedding, held at the Exhibition Grounds in Mysuru, was said to be a small, private event with just the closest friends and relatives of the couple in attendance. Recently, images from the ceremony have been shared online, and as anticipated, they’ve quickly become popular on social media platforms.
In the images, the Zebra actor is spotted wearing a traditional attire, consisting of an elegant off-white veshti and kurta. He also dons a Mysore peta turban and is adorned with various other accessories. Meanwhile, Dr. Chaitanya Gauralkar looked radiant in a lovely rose-pink sari. It’s clear that the pair chose to have a traditional Kannada wedding ceremony.

15th of February, a day before their wedding, the couple held a grand wedding reception at the same venue. Notable figures from the film industry, including the Karnataka Governor Thawar Chang Gehlot, were reported to be among the attendees. Earlier this month, the actor extended invitations to his co-stars from Pushpa, which includes Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Sukumar, and others.
According to accounts, the couple chose to have a traditional wedding with customs such as ‘Bale Shastra’, Haldi, and others. It appears these rituals took place prior to the reception. Interestingly, Dhananjaya shared that he first encountered his wife when he was a fan, their friendship developed over time, and eventually, their bond deepened into love.
On the professional scene, Daali Dhananjaya recently starred in the Telugu action movie “Pushpa: The Rule,” alongside Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna. Directed by Sukumar, this film premiered in December 2024. Moving forward, the actor is set to appear in Rohith Padaki’s Kannada action drama, “Uttarakanda.
In addition to the main cast, Aishwarya Rajesh, Shiva Rajkumar, Vijay Babu, Yogesh Bhat, and several others play significant roles in this movie. Advaitha Gurumurthy and Anil Anirudh handle the cinematography and editing of the film respectively.
