I’m quite relieved they decided to cancel it. The idea of “mature Powerpuff Girls grappling with their superhero past” isn’t inherently terrible and could have been executed brilliantly, but my word, this execution is abysmal.

The best part about this trailer is genuinely appealing. If they had created a child-friendly series featuring the Powerpuff Girls battling crimes and other exciting exploits, it would have been incredibly cool.
