The Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket has unveiled its upcoming expansion – Space-Time Smackdown. This new set includes cards featuring beloved characters like Dialga, Palkia, and Lucario from the Sinnoh region, and is set to be released next week. Notably, this launch will follow by a day after the integration of the much-anticipated trading feature in Pokemon TCG Pocket.
In collaboration with Developers Creatures and DeNA, a trailer was unveiled for the Space-Time Smackdown expansion. The artwork on the packs highlights Dialga and Palkia, two Legendary Pokemon who now have new EX cards that can be acquired. Alongside these legendary beings, Leafeon, Honchkrow, Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig are also included as new additions. The Pokemon TCG Pocket will also introduce a fresh trainer card featuring Cynthia, the Sinnoh region’s champion, recalling the beloved Pokemon from 2006’s Pokemon Diamond and Pearl games.
The team has verified that a trading function will become available on January 28th. Yet, it’s important to note that players initially won’t be able to trade cards from the latest Space-Time Smackdown expansion.
