As a dedicated Pokemon GO gamer, I’ve just wrapped up an epic Pokemon GO Fest event, but the fun is far from over! During Niantic’s latest Pokemon Presents showcase, they dropped some juicy details about next year’s Pokemon GO Fest 2025: Max Finale. It’s shaping up to be a mega-event, with every Gigantamax Pokemon ever seen receiving an invitation! Can’t wait!
During the weekend of August 23rd and 24th, all Gigantamax Pokemons that have been featured in Niantic’s mobile Pokemon game will reappear. These Pokemons will be accessible for Gigantamax Raids, although they won’t be the weekend’s main attraction. The Eternamax Eternatus will also show up in raids, making its first appearance in Pokemon GO. Additionally, players will have a chance to obtain Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta, for those who missed out on participating in this year’s Pokemon GO Fest 2025 Global event.
On Monday, August 18th, just before the Max Finale weekend, Niantic is set to initiate the Dark Skies event. During this event, all Dynamax Pokemon that have been showcased so far will be available, including legendary ones like Articuno, Zapdos, Latios, Latias, and several others.
The Pokemon GO website has more information on the big Max Finale event.
