2025’s Pokemon GO Fest: A Global Event Happening on Both Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29. The event will extend across both days, starting at 10:00 a.m. and finishing at 6:00 p.m., all according to local time.
Uncommon Pokémons are set to make appearances across the weekend, with several of them featuring Shiny versions. Niantic and The Pokémon Company plan to introduce Volcanion, the Steam Pokémon. By acquiring a ticket for Pokemon GO Fest, you’ll get access to Special Research that grants one encounter with Volcanion.
This weekend, you’ll have the chance to encounter Zamazenta and Zacian, legendary Pokemon from Pokemon Sword and Shield, in raid battles! Specifically, Zamazenta with its Crowned Shield will appear in Five-Star Raids on Saturday, and Zacian with its Crowned Sword will show up in Five-Star Raids on Sunday. If fortune smiles upon you, there’s even a possibility of finding a Shiny version of these amazing Pokemon!
This upcoming weekend, it’s the first time that players worldwide will be able to catch both Skiddo and Klefki.
Pokemon GO Fest 2025: Global habitat hours and encounters
Over 70 unique Pokemons will be accessible during Pokemon GO Fest 2025 Global. Throughout the two-day event, most of these Pokemons will show up in distinct habitats at varying times. Here’s a breakdown of the habitat schedules and the respective Pokemons:
More than 70 different Pokemons will be playable during Pokemon GO Fest 2025 Global. During both days of the event, many of these Pokemons will pop up in various habitats at specific hours. Here are the habitat timeframes along with the corresponding Pokemons:
- Moonless Volcano (10AM and 2PM): Houndour*, Numel*, Duskull*, Gothita*, Golett*, Fletchling*, Flabebe (Red Flower)*, Skrelp*, Fuecoco*, and Carbink*. (Torkoal* will appear with Incense.)
- Galvanic Dojo (11AM and 3PM): Machop*, Electabuzz*, Teddiursa*, Scraggy*, Chespin*, Flabebe (Yellow Flower)*, Pancham*, Dedenne*, Crabrawler*, and Mienfoo*. (Skiddo* will appear with Incense.)

On top of the rotating Pokemon, ticket holders will have the opportunity to come across Chansey, Skarmory, Larvitar, Shieldon, Shelmet, Vullaby, Oranguru, and Goomy during Saturday events. Keep an eye out for Galarian Farfetch’d, Cubone, Ralts, Karrablats, Pawniard, Deino, Passimian, and Jangmo-o throughout Sunday. Ticket holders who use Incense may additionally find Unown with the letters D*, E*, H*, I*, L*, and S* on Saturday, as well as Unown with the letters D*, O*, R*, S*, and W on Sunday.
