Planet Zoo: New DLC and a free leopard for fifth anniversary

As a seasoned Planet Zoo enthusiast with over 2000 hours under my belt, I must say, the upcoming “Zookeepers Animal Pack” has me absolutely thrilled! The addition of seven new animals, from the elusive Pallas cat to the charming Coquerel’s sifaka, is a delightful treat that promises to enrich the already vibrant ecosystem of my virtual zoos.

Each additional DLC (Downloadable Content) for Planet Zoo expands its base game with new animals and landscapes. Just as before, this latest expansion follows suit!

Zookeepers Animal Pack

On October 15th, our next DLC titled “Zookeepers Animal Pack” is set to launch. This expansion pack will be a paid addition to the game, priced around $10 similar to previous ones. The fresh content includes seven unique animal species that will be introduced into the game.

  • Pallas cat
  • Hamadryas baboon
  • Markhor
  • Spectacled bear
  • Large African spurred tortoise
  • Kirk’s dik-dik
  • Coquerel’s sifaka

And alongside the animals, it also includes a few additions for your zoo:

  • Over 95 scenery pieces: These are decorative items you can use to improve the visual appeal of your zoo and celebrate the game’s 5th anniversary.
  • Decorative bunting: Festive hanging decorations, likely used to create a celebratory atmosphere within the zoo.
  • Marquee tents: These large, likely ornate tents can be placed around your zoo, adding to the ambiance or serving functional purposes.
  • Lanterns: Lighting elements to illuminate pathways or certain areas of your zoo, especially useful for enhancing the nighttime environment.
  • Picnic benches: Seating areas where guests can stop, sit, and enjoy meals, enhancing guest satisfaction and adding to the zoo’s functionality.
  • Additional seating: More options for seating throughout the zoo, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Additionally, you’ll encounter a fresh campaign setting where you’ll need to organize, arrange, and oversee a festivity inside the game to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Planet Zoo.

Additionally, they’ll be releasing Update 1.8 for the original game at no extra cost, featuring a free African leopard for all players!
