Gautam and Sitara Ghattamaneni, Mahesh Babu’s children, celebrated Raksha Bandhan together. Photos of these precious moments have become popular on social media after their mother Namrata Shirodkar posted them along with the caption, “Joyful times spent strengthening our unique connections.”
With Gautam and Sitara, there were also photos featuring Namrata’s sibling and renowned actress Shilpa Shirodkar. During the celebration of Raksha Bandhan, Shilpa’s daughter, Anoushka Ranjit, participated in the ceremony alongside them as well.

Previously expressing her desires for her brother Gautam on other occasions, Sitara more recently shared a vintage photo of them on her professional Instagram account. This charming snapshot from their childhood shows them both in an incredibly endearing position.
I’ve just shared a heartfelt post online, and it goes like this: “Thank you, dear elder brother, for always being there. Gautam Ghattamaneni sends his love, and Happy Raksha Bandhan to all the sisters out there who are blessed with big and little brothers.”
Coming to their father, superstar Mahesh Babu, the actor had recently made it to the headlines. As per our exclusive report, the superstar is currently in talks to voice the Telugu version of Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King.
It was previously decided that Shah Rukh Khan will play his role again for the Hindi version of the film. Now, they are considering a prominent actor to take on the same part in the Telugu version as well. The film is set to premiere in cinemas on December 20, 2024; however, an official announcement about this release date has yet to be made.
Alternatively, Mahesh Babu’s latest on-screen appearance was as the main character in the movie “Guntur Kaaram”, which was directed by Trivikram Srinivas. This film represented their third joint project following movies such as “Athadu” and “Khaleja”.
The film centers on a complex bond between a son who rebels and the mother who walked away from him, as he seeks to understand why she chose to leave. Alongside Mahesh, notable actors such as Sreeleela, Ramya Krishnan, Jayaram, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prakash Raj, and others take on crucial roles in the movie.
Additionally, the actor will soon grace our screens in an exciting project alongside renowned director SS Rajamouli, tentatively titled SSMB29. This upcoming film promises to be an exhilarating jungle escapade, with the protagonist’s role modeled after Lord Hanuman, as portrayed by Mahesh.
