As a seasoned lifestyle connoisseur with an eye for Hollywood and Bollywood alike, I must say that the recent developments surrounding Prabhas’ upcoming film Fauji have truly piqued my interest. Having followed his illustrious career from the days of Baahubali, it is fascinating to witness him take on yet another challenging role.

For quite a while now, there’s been a lot of attention on Prabhas, mainly due to whispers about his upcoming movie titled Fauji, helmed by Hanu Raghavapudi. It’s been suggested that the plot is inspired by the Razakar movement. Recently, it appears that progress is being made, as the film crew has initiated the initial phase of production with a traditional pooja ceremony.

As a devoted admirer, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I chanced upon an infectiously popular snapshot on X (previously known as Twitter). There, in all his glory, was none other than Prabhas, gracefully taking part in the pooja ceremony for his forthcoming movie, masterminded by the visionary Hanu Raghavapudi. The duo’s luminous smiles, beaming like radiant sunbeams, served as a testament to their shared anticipation for this upcoming cinematic marvel.

In various images shared on X, there’s a glimpse of the full setup for the pooja ceremony, revealing a backdrop bearing ‘Prabhas Hanu’. Upfront stands an idol of Lord Ganesha, symbolizing wealth and prosperity. The entire space appears adorned with a profusion of flowers.

Back then, a tantalizing clue about the first major update for Prabhas’ film from Mythri Movie Makers had me intrigued. After cracking the code on this secret message, I found out that we’ll get the official announcement of their upcoming project today, August 17, 2024, at exactly 4:05 PM! Can’t contain my excitement anymore!

For those unfamiliar, the movie named Fauji (tentative title) currently only has Prabhas confirmed as its cast. There’s been much chatter about who might join him as the leading lady, with names like Pakistani actress Sajal Aly and Mrunal Thakur being mentioned.

Initially, Mrunal had dismissed such theories humorously in a post. Now, there are whispers that Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor could potentially join the project at last.

In addition, there’s also buzz surrounding another movie of Prabhas, called “The Raja Saab,” set to hit theaters in 2025.
