Take a look at the post below:
Official trailer and plot of Parari
In the story, Parari takes place in Rajapalayam, a village nestled within Tiruvannamalai. Here, beneath the watchful eye of the Annamalaiyar Temple, simmering caste tensions are ever-present. Even seemingly insignificant events have the potential to ignite conflict between the two communities. The film’s first half delves into their interactions and relationships.
Harisankar‘s character, Maaran, strives to avoid complications. For nine months, villagers engage in farming, while the remaining months are spent laboring in a juice factory located in Karnataka. The narrative doesn’t revolve around a singular pivotal moment but rather focuses on several voices aiming to maintain order. Director Ezhil effectively portrays the lifestyle of Rajapalayam through his work. Regrettably, the romantic relationship between Maaran and Devaki (Sangeetha Kalyan) seems underdeveloped, failing to evoke strong emotions even as the story progresses.
