Ubisoft names Christophe Derennes & Charlie Guillemot as co-CEOs of new subsidiary company
This week, Ubisoft announced Charlie Guillemot and Christophe Derennes as the new CEOs of their latest subsidiary. Derennes has been with Ubisoft for 35 years and has held various leadership positions, most recently managing the North American operations. Meanwhile, Charlie Guillemot has a history with Ubisoft too, having overseen now-defunct mobile developer Owlient, which faced controversy when it incorporated Black Lives Matter imagery in a Rainbow Six spinoff game.
