For the Spring/Summer season of 2025, Our Legacy WORK SHOP and Emporio Armani rekindle their distinctive partnership, expanding upon their inaugural team-up from 2023. This new collection not only continues their shared vision but also marks the debut of women’s clothing lines.
This line takes inspiration heavily from Emporio Armani’s historical archives, giving classic pieces a fresh twist using Our Legacy WORK SHOP’s unique perspective. Original Armani fabrics and trimmings are used in innovative ways to modernize these timeless materials, while select items showcase vintage Armani fabrics specially reproduced by Our Legacy for this project, highlighting the rich history and possibilities of these textiles.
The collection incorporates hints of classic Eastern clothing, such as collarless shirts and robe coats reminiscent of kimonos. This gives the whole design a laid-back, summery feel that suggests a tranquil getaway. Elements like hotel bathrobes and slippers add to this slow-paced, sunlit ambiance. The campaign was shot by Alasdair McLellan on Pantelleria, an isolated Mediterranean island that has long been a personal sanctuary for Giorgio Armani.
The collection will be accessible from May 16th. Special displays have been set up at designated Armani and Dover Street Market stores, as well as Our Legacy outlets and online platforms.
