Only Murders In The Building Season 5: What Happened At The End Of Season 4?

In the typical fashion of One Missed Call Back, the season 4 finale delivered both resolution and turbulence simultaneously. Mabel, Charles, and Oliver discovered that Marshall P. Pope, whose true identity is Rex Bailey, was responsible for Sazz’s murder. They found answers? Yes, they did. A wedding for Oliver and Loretta? Absolutely. However, as we thought we could finally raise a glass in tranquility, a fresh enigma began to unfold.

Mabel and Charles encountered Sofia Caccimelio, portrayed by Téa Leoni, who was frantically looking for her missing husband Nicky, allegedly connected to the Arconia. Initially dismissing her, they later found out that the shocking truth was the gruesome discovery of Lester (played by Teddy Coluca), a cherished doorman, in the Arconia’s fountain. Previously a peaceful setting for weddings, it now bore witness to an unsettling new tragedy.

Indeed, the trio we’ve missed makes its comeback: Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez are back in full swing. For Season 5, Téa Leoni joins the cast as Sofia, while Teddy Coluca reappears in flashbacks as Lester. Additionally, beloved characters Howard (Michael Cyril Creighton) and Uma (Jackie Hoffman) will continue to grace our screens.

As per one of the creators, John Hoffman, the number of lives lost in the building is far from reaching its limit. To be honest, we’d be more than happy to keep residing in the Arconia until they exhaust either the supply of bodies or bagels, whichever occurs first.
