Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 2 Cast Adds The Crown Star & More

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 2 has added two new stars to the cast of the David Fincher movie.

In the summer of 2019, Quentin Tarantino’s film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” was debuted in American cinemas by Sony Pictures. The movie featured Leonardo DiCaprio portraying Rick Dalton, Brad Pitt playing Cliff Booth, and Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate.

It’s come to light that earlier this year, Fincher has been developing a follow-up film for Netflix, focusing apparently on Brad Pitt’s character. The production is slated to start in California this coming July.

Who has joined the cast of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 2?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Elizabeth Debicki and Scott Caan are set to be a part of the cast for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’s sequel.

As a gamer, I’ve come to recognize Emily Debicki from her captivating portrayal of Princess Diana in Netflix’s The Crown. Over the years, she’s graced the silver screen in a variety of roles, including F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Daisy Buchanan in 2013’s The Great Gatsby, Lady Macbeth in 2015’s Macbeth, Illya Kuryakin in 2015’s The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Nebula in 2017’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Bubble in 2017’s Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, Dr. Helen Lutz in 2018’s The Cloverfield Paradox, Veronica in 2018’s Widows, Neil in 2020’s Tenet, and soon as Max in 2024’s MaXXXine.

In addition to his role as Danny “Danno” Williams in Hawaii Five-0 on CBS, Caan is also recognized for portraying Turk Malloy in Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean’s trilogy, featuring Brad Pitt. His acting credits extend to films like Enemy of the State (1998), Varsity Blues (1999), Gone in 60 Seconds (2000), Meet Dave (2008), Rock the Kasbah (2015), One Day as a Lion (2023), and many others.

At present, specifics regarding Debicki and Caan’s roles in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 2 are being kept confidential. As for the storyline, details remain scarce, aside from the fact that Brad Pitt will be featured in the film.

According to an article by The Hollywood Reporter, the basis of this story was a screenplay that Quentin Tarantino wrote for himself to direct. However, he later decided not to pursue it. Eventually, Brad Pitt managed to persuade Tarantino to allow David Fincher to direct it, and they began production earlier this spring.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 2 does not yet have a release date.
