Head towards the heart of Alpha Institute located at 64, -3803 on your map. Once there, search for a hidden room which can only be accessed with a Rosetta Keycard. To acquire this essential item, conquer the Elite Enemies that I’ve marked on your map nearby. Good luck! The Alpha Institute’s Rift Anchor is located at the helipad to the north of their main facility. You can either go to the coordinates 194, -3516 or use the Rift Anchor icon on your map as a guide to reach the spot.
