The promotional piece featuring Moana and Matangi was posted on X (previously known as Twitter) by user Almanaque Disney. In this artwork, viewers will find Moana, the central character from the Disney film, standing beside Matangi. Matangi is depicted wearing a dark-toned dress that subtly includes orange accents.
Concurrently, viewers may observe that Moana 2’s antagonist, Matangi, wears a flowing cape, enhancing her appearance. As per The Direct’s report, the artwork additionally features a bat, which could possibly allude to a scene from Moana’s initial trailer. In this scene, Maui, the demigod, is depicted battling an army of bats, with Matangi’s voice heard in the background.
