In this psychological tale, inspired by Liane Moriarty’s acclaimed novel, we follow nine individuals as they embark on a 10-day wellness retreat at an ostensibly healing resort. However, the enigmatic director of the retreat (portrayed by Nicole Kidman) employs a secretive approach, masking it behind promises of stress relief and personal transformation.

For the upcoming Season 2, Bartlett – a fresh face in the cast – offers a sneak peek of what’s to come. In a recent chat, this actor disclosed that his character used to be a popular children’s TV show host who worked with a puppet.
According to Bartlett, speaking with Business Insider, “This cast is truly remarkable, the plot twists are fantastic, and we filmed in some stunning landscapes. There’s a bit of a gothic feel to it this season.
In simple terms, The initial season featured Melissa McCarthy (from Bridesmaids), Michael Shannon (Knives Out), Samara Weaving (Ready or Not), Regina Hall (Girls Trip), Luke Evans (Dracula Untold), Bobby Cannavale (The Watcher), Manny Jacinto (The Good Place and Asher Keddie (Offspring), Melvin Gregg (Share), Tiffany Boone (The Chi), Grace Van Patten (Tell Me Lies), and Zoe Terakes (Talk to Me). The series was granted another season last year, with Kidman set to reprise her role as the resort’s leader, Masha, in the upcoming season.
Alongside Bartlett, Season 2 will also feature an ensemble cast including Dolly de Leon from Triangle of Sadness, Henry Golding known for Crazy Rich Asians, Mark Strong recognized by The Penguin, Annie Murphy starring in Russian Doll, Christine Baranski from The Good Fight, Maisie Richardson-Sellers of Jagged Mind, singer-songwriter King Princess, Aras Aydın hailing from Island of Secrets, Lucas Englander of Transatlantic, and Lena Olin best known for The Ninth Gate.
