Nike Reveals Its First LEGO-Themed Sneaker

Last year, one of Nike’s major announcements was signing a deal with LEGO for “jointly branded products, content, and experiences,” which were set to launch this year. Finally, we get a peek at what the partnership will offer as Nike has revealed its first collaborative shoe.

Our first peek at the collaboration between LEGO and Nike features the Air Max Dn in a “Tour Yellow” color scheme, designed specifically for kids. The upper of the shoe is reimagined to mimic LEGO studs, rendered in the same yellow hue. Instead of the usual Air Max Dn branding on the tongue, the LEGO logo takes its place. A combined logo graces the heel, with a three-stud brick sitting atop a Swoosh design. Thematic symbols are incorporated into two of the shoe’s Air windows, and special packaging has been created to complement this unique collaboration.

As of now, neither LEGO nor Nike have provided a specific release date for their initial collaborative sneaker. Keep an eye out for further news, including information about additional shoe styles, as we anticipate the “Tour Yellow” colorway of the Air Max D will become available in children’s sizes this August. The shoes are expected to be sold through Nike and selected retailers, starting at $155 USD.
