Few specifics have been shared, but we now know that this upcoming project is being developed and that the talented team behind last year’s critically-acclaimed Silent Hill 2 remake, Bloober Team, will be at the helm of this long-anticipated undertaking.
What is known about the Silent Hill remake?
The preview for the Silent Hill remake simply displays a screen stating “Silent Hill In Development,” with Konami and Bloober Team at the forefront. Yet, the music that accompanies this instant is the main theme from the original 1999 game, which will undoubtedly spark enthusiasm among fans of the classic PlayStation title.
As a passionate fan, I’ve been buzzing with excitement about the whispers of a Silent Hill 1 remake by Bloober Team! Ever since the triumphant release of the Silent Hill 2 remake, these rumors have persisted. Then, in February, the developer dropped a hint that they would be working together with Konami on projects yet to be announced. It’s starting to look like one of those secret collaborations is indeed this highly anticipated remake!

During a recent Press Start showcase, a new developer diary was unveiled, featuring the presence of producer Motoi Okamoto, scriptwriter Ryukishi07, and team members from NeoBards Entertainment.
From the Konami Press Start event, one of the most thrilling announcements was unveiling a new Suikoden game titled Suikoden Star Leap. Notably, this game will be accessible on PC through Steam and mobile devices. Furthermore, they displayed a glimpse of the online multiplayer mode Fox Hunt in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater that had been previously hinted at.
