A week following its premiere, the creators of Jr NTR’s movie Devara have opted to include the track Daavudi within the film. Initially left out during the initial screening, this song has now been officially acknowledged by the makers through a social media post on their X (formerly Twitter) account.
The creators’ post additionally featured the caption, “For all the fans eagerly anticipating the KILI KILIYE feeling.” Now that the song has been incorporated into the movie, they’ve also included a fresh scene which sets up the track. In the first part of the movie titled “Devara,” directed by Koratala Siva, we follow an action-packed drama centered around our protagonist. Known for masterminding large-scale smuggling operations across the seas, this man finds himself in a complicated situation when he learns that the goods he’s been gathering for others are tainted with trouble.
This causes him to confront any adversaries nearby, ultimately transforming into a terrifying figure shrouded in urban myth. The movie additionally portrays the life of his son, too, who is acted by Jr NTR and stands in stark contrast to his father’s legend.
In addition to the lead star RRR, the movie features actors such as Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, and several others in prominent roles. This film was launched on September 27, 2024, and plans for a sequel have been announced as well.
