Nayanthara gives STERN response to Dhanush; says, ‘I wish you were half the person you portray to be on stage’

As someone who has witnessed the rise of Nayanthara, I must say her spirit and resilience are truly inspiring. Her latest open letter addressing Dhanush’s copyright issue is a testament to her courage and strength. It’s unfortunate that such a petty dispute overshadows the release of her much-anticipated documentary film.

Nayanthara’s upcoming Netflix documentary film encountered a challenge due to a copyright dispute with superstar Dhanush. He claimed that brief clips from Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, a movie he produced, were used without permission. Now, in response, Nayanthara has posted an open letter on social media, expressing her disagreement with his actions.

The renowned actress emphasized that she built her own success from scratch within the movie business. Yet, when Dhanush asserted his copyright claim on her project, she was taken aback, finding it hard to comprehend such an unexpected attack.

In a post expressing her feelings, Nayanthara stated, “It seems like Dhanush only presents half the genuine person he appears to be during stage performances at audio launches to his unsuspecting fans. Unfortunately, it appears that he doesn’t live up to the principles he advocates, as evidenced in our relationship and with my partner.

Subsequently, Nayanthara spoke candidly, openly criticizing Dhanush for acting in a domineering manner. She emphasized that just because one assumes the role of producer doesn’t mean they are an emperor, exerting control over everyone’s lives, freedom, and personal liberty on set.

In response to Dhanush‘s copyright claim, I, as an ardent observer, found it intriguing when Nayanthara seemed to imply that perhaps Dhanush, viewing himself as a ruler, might assume that any deviation from his guidelines would automatically lead to legal consequences.

Besides acting, the actress also shared her thoughts extensively. She recalled that Dhanush had criticized their movie “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan” quite harshly at the pre-release event, despite the fact that it eventually garnered impressive numbers and gained a large following as a beloved classic among many generations.

She stated, “The harsh comments you made regarding the movie that became one of your greatest successes as a producer, a film still cherished by many even now, have created wounds that won’t heal easily. I haven’t forgotten what you said before its release.

Recently, a significant dispute between these two actors has sparked much interest, causing concern among their fans. In fact, some supporters have expressed allegiance to one side or the other, praising Nayanthara for her boldness and strength in expressing her views.
