In a bit of exciting news for their followers, Nagarjuna’s second son Akhil Akkineni and Zainab Ravdjee are preparing to get married not long from now. Following their engagement last year before Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding on November 26, there has been much anticipation about their nuptials. The buzz surrounding their impending union shows no signs of abating.
As reported by India Today, Akhil is planning to emulate his brother Chay’s wedding style by hosting a small, intimate ceremony. On March 24 of this year, he and Zainab will tie the knot surrounded by their dear ones and family members. What makes the event even more thrilling is that they will be exchanging their vows at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.
In the footsteps of my illustrious grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who established this studio, I find myself deeply rooted here. Eager to pen a new tale in my life’s book, I yearn to return to these familiar grounds. As per the latest news circulating, our wedding will be an intimate affair, graced by esteemed figures from the film fraternity, respected politicians, and others of note.
It’s being whispered that Akhil and Zainab might decide on a destination wedding. In case they do, an elaborate celebration is expected to take place in Hyderabad, though it’s important to note that no formal announcement has been made as of now.
Last year, Nagarjuna announced Akhil and Zainab’s engagement on his social media platform X by posting pictures of them both in white outfits. In the caption, he expressed his excitement about their union, stating that they were overjoyed to have Zainab as part of the family. He also invited everyone to congratulate the couple and wished them a lifetime of love, happiness, and many blessings.
