Nagarjuna Akkineni to remake Sasikumar’s Ayothi?

Based on a report from Times Now, it’s predicted that Nagarjuna Akkineni will take on the remake of the movie Ayothi, previously starring Sasikumar in the main role. The upcoming project is rumored to be directed by Ra Karthik, who gained fame with Nitham Oru Vaanam, making it Nagarjuna’s 100th film.

At this point, these are merely assumptions since the creators have not officially confirmed anything yet.

About Ayothi

Ayothi” is a Tamil-speaking crime-drama movie featuring Sasikumar, a member of Tourist Family, as the main character. This movie tells the story of a family journeying from Uttar Pradesh to Rameshwaram.

During their trip, the family encounters an accident that leaves them stuck, as they don’t know Tamil – the local language. However, a kind individual steps in to assist them, which sets off a dramatic series of events aimed at getting the family back home safely.

Under the direction of R Manthira Moorthy, the film boasted a talented group of performers including Yashpal Sharma, Preethi Asrani, Pugazh, Anju Asrani, and several others, who played crucial parts in the production.

Nagarjuna on Coolie

Although specifics regarding Nagarjuna Akkineni’s centennial film are still forthcoming, the actor recently discussed aspects of the movie titled “Coolie.” During a recent conversation, he elaborated on the role played by Aamir Khan in the film.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that, unlike some other characters in the film, Aamir Khan and I don’t share any on-screen moments. Instead, our roles unfold in distinct chapters. However, after wrapping up my part, I had the privilege of witnessing his remarkable performance. Prepare yourself for a fresh portrayal by Aamir; you’ll be left utterly astonished.

Additionally, Nagarjuna has affirmed his role as the primary villain in the film featuring Rajinikanth.

In the forthcoming movie titled “Coolie,” renowned actor Rajinikanth takes center stage as the main character. This action-packed extravaganza is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Notably, Kannada star Upendra Rao contributes a significant role in this film, and Aamir Khan makes a special appearance.
