Recently, the creators threw a triumphant party to honor the incredible box office reception of Thandel. Both Sobhita Dhulipala and Nagarjuna graced the occasion to extend their support to Naga Chaitanya.

At the gathering, Naga Chaitanya had a touching interaction with Sobhita Dhulipala that quickly spread across the internet. In the video, he looks at her affectionately and casually references his popular line “Bujji Thalli” from Thandel. He also sweetly urges her to smile as they lock eyes. However, Sobhita seems bashful, blushing and avoiding prolonged eye contact with him.

At the gathering, Nagarjuna spoke about Naga Chaitanya’s transformation for the Thandel role, expressing his thoughts on the subject. He reminisced about a conversation with Chay regarding his filming experience. The actor had discussed the challenges faced by actual fishermen who leave their homes and endure hardships at sea. Their strength left him profoundly touched.

I can’t contain my excitement! Just like a proud sibling, I couldn’t help but cheer for Chay as he triumphantly ascended the ladder of success. His unwavering dedication to embodying each character authentically is truly commendable. It was evident in several scenes where his exceptional talent shone brightly, leaving me utterly captivated!

The movie “Thandel” centers on a fisherman who unintentionally ventures into Pakistani waters and struggles to get back home. This tale is inspired by the true events of Chodipilli Musalayya, detailing his capture in 2000 and eventual release in 2002, as depicted in the film.
