Toho International has recently revealed a fresh trailer for the forthcoming American cinema launch of the newest addition to the My Hero Academia movie franchise, titled “My Hero Academia: You’re Next.” This film series is an adaptation from the widely acclaimed manga by Kōhei Horikoshi.
In a world where heroes and villains clash for control between order and disorder, Deku, a student at U.A. High School who dreams of becoming an exceptional hero, faces off against a villain who mirrors his idolized hero. The question remains: Can Deku and the rest of Class 1-A from U.A. High School stop Dark Might, the self-proclaimed successor to the Symbol of Peace, before he wreaks havoc on the world?

When is the My Hero Academia: You’re Next release date?
Beginning on October 11, the highly-anticipated anime film “My Hero Academia: You’re Next” will make its way to U.S. and Canadian cinemas. Directed by Tensai Okamura from a script penned by Yōsuke Kuroda, this movie brings together an impressive cast of voice actors. Daiki Yamashita voices Deku, Nobuhiko Okamoto portrays Bakugo/Dynamight, Yuki Kaji lends his voice to Shoto Todoroki, Ayane Sakura voices Uravity, and so on. The full roster includes Kaito Ishikawa as Ingenium, Marina Inoue as Creati, Toshiki Masuda as Red Riot, Eri Kitamura as Pinky, Aoi Yūki as Froppy, Ryō Hirohashi as Grape Juice, Tasuku Hatanaka as Chargebolt, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Tsukuyomi, Kei Shindō as Earphone Jack, Kiyotaka Furushima as Cellophane, Kenta Miyake as All Might, Tetsu Inada as Endeavor, and many more.
The Japanese premiere of the play is scheduled before the airing of My Hero Academia Season 7’s twelfth episode, titled “Those Who Defend, Those Who Violate,” on August 3. Currently, the first eleven episodes of this season can be streamed on Crunchyroll. The story follows the protagonist’s quest to reach the top, while dealing with dangerous adversaries such as the League of Villains and All Might’s arch-nemesis, All-For-One.
